Notes:
- Stand bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of payment for the prescribed deposit amount (representing 40% of the total price for the stand) for each stand booked which should be done within a delay of 2 working days following the online booking. Should payment of the prescribed deposit not be made to the NCB within 2 working days, the booking will be automatically cancelled and released.
- Sales and/or delivery of goods is authorized only in the Shopping Zone.
- Only companies that have booked a stand in the ICT Exhibition will be allowed to book an additional stand in the Shopping Zone.
- The Shopping Zone consists stands S1 to S20. Each stand is of 9 m2 (3x3) and costs Rs. 12,000. Companies that have paid the deposit for stands booked in the Exhibition Hall will be given the option to rent a stand in the Shopping Zone. One stand will be rented per exhibitor, on a first-come-first-serve basis and as per availability except for Stands A1 & A2 (max 3 stands) and Stands B6 & B7 (max 2 stands). Exhibitors will be required to choose and pay for the stand they wish to rent in the Shopping Zone, at the NCB, at the time of payment of the deposit for stands booked in the Exhibition.
